  • Location: Kettering, Northamptonshire – Hybrid working once training completed. Occasional travel to London office for training and meetings.
  • Salary: £18,000-£25,000 per annum plus results-based commission
  • Start date: December 2023 – January 2024

Opportunity Overview:

We’re currently seeking a motivated Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing Kettering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of our freelance and permanent placements within the renewable energy sector by working closely and reporting to the Managing Director of our company. In this role you will play a pivotal role in building a strong pipeline of qualified individuals who possess the expertise and drive to excel in their respective roles in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively network and head-hunt to discover passive candidates to match our client’s requirements.
  • Utilize internal and external databases to conduct extensive candidate searches, ensuring a thorough and comprehensive approach.
  • Oversee the entire placement process end-to-end,from initial screenings, qualifying, shortlisting, candidate presentation, negotiation, offer management, and successful closures
  • Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously effectively.
  • Write comprehensive candidate profiles,interview reports, and job descriptions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients, guiding them through every step of the recruitment journey.
  • Identify and capitalize on leads and sales opportunities to contribute to the growth of the company.
  • Support company marketing initiatives and expand our online client networks and the standing of Turner Lovell brand.
  • Maintain relationships with candidates who are not immediately placed is essential for future opportunities.
  • Represent our brand and act as an ambassador at client presentations, industry conferences, and networking events.

Qualifications and Attributes:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Minimum of 1 years of recruitment experience or equivalent phone sales experience. We also welcome ambitious graduates to apply who have worked in customer service or sales in an office-based setting ideally with some phone sales experience.
  • Driven to work in a fast-paced environment with “cannot wait to get on the phone” mentality.
  • Interest in renewable energy, construction or engineering sectors.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and developing new skills,with a strong work ethic and a commitment to personal and professional growth.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills to balance multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Diligent data management of large volumes of candidate data, interview notes, and profiles
  • A team player with a positive attitude,eager to contribute to a collaborative and vibrant work atmosphere.
  • Excellent English language skills (written / verbal)with dynamic communication skills to communicate with candidates and clients effectively
  • Willingness to go the extra mile to meet customer and company expectations.
  • Diligent, Reliable, Outgoing personality who driven and has self-motivation to achieve success and perform under pressure.
