Quality Manager

Location: Fredericia, Denmark
Industry: Hyperscale Data Centre
Scope of Work: A key role in a growing team that will lead the entire Quality function on a major Data Centre project from Quality Plan, through construction, to handover.

Are you an ambitious Quality Manager with a background in Data Centre project delivery?

Would you like to join an industry leader at the forefront of project delivery in Europe?

Turner Lovell is recruiting a Quality Manager to join a leading international multi-disciplinary engineering contractor, providing high-value engineering services to clients across Europe. Your initial 18-24 months with the business will focus on this newly awarded hyperscale data centre project in Denmark, leading the quality function on site and ensuring expected standards are met.

Your key responsibilities in the role will include:

  • Building, implementing, and managing the project Quality Plan
  • Leading the QA/QC teams across mechanical, electrical, and CSA disciplines
  • Reviewing and approving quality documentation, ITPs, method statements, test packs, and checklists
  • Managing NCRs, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and closing loops — not letting issues repeat
  • Coordinating quality requirements with trades, subcontractors, and design teams
  • Driving consistent inspections, audits, and reporting across all packages
  • Supporting commissioning and handover by delivering clean, verified quality documentation
  • Acting as the main point of contact for quality discussions with the client

The ideal profile is someone who has:

  • Strong QA/QC leadership experience on major construction projects
  • Deep understanding of MEP and/or CSA quality requirements
  • Experience managing teams and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Confidence working with design teams, trades, and client representatives
  • Strong knowledge of EU standards, inspection processes, and commissioning requirements
  • A steady, practical approach in a high pressure environment

This is a role with genuine influence and full oversight, with the ability to make a considerable impact. It is a 3:1 rotation with travel, accommodation and logistics all covered.
