Turner Lovell is supporting a global leader in energy conversion systems that plays a vital role in driving industrial electrification and decarbonisation. This organisation is delivering large-scale, strategic projects across various enery sectors — and is now seeking an experienced Project Quality Manager to join a major international project based in France, supporting delivery in the Middle East and South America.
As a key member of the project leadership team, you’ll take full ownership of the project’s quality management strategy—coordinating international teams, aligning with client expectations, and championing a culture of quality excellence across a complex, multi-location delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate all project quality activities, aligning standards across France and the Middle East.
- Ensure client quality requirements are met throughout all phases of the project.
- Act as the main interface for all quality-related matters between France-based teams, client representatives, and the international supply chain.
- Manage quality engineers both in France and on-site in Saudi Arabia, fostering technical development and high performance.
- Prepare and deliver regular quality reports to both project and quality management leadership.
- Ensure effective documentation and traceability across all quality processes.
- Monitor client satisfaction and implement corrective actions where needed.
- Solve complex quality-related issues with a structured, proactive approach.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives and cultivate a quality-driven project culture.
Ideal Candidate:
- Engineering degree (Electrical, Automation or equivalent), with a specialisation in quality management preferred.
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in project quality leadership, ideally within large international engineering or industrial projects.
- Fluent in French and English; Arabic would be a significant advantage.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing multi-site, multicultural teams.
- Solid understanding of ISO 9001 and other industry-standard quality frameworks.
- Proficient in auditing, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making in dynamic environments.
- Willingness to travel internationally and work across remote, cross-functional teams.
