As part of their growing team, they are looking for a Senior Power System Expert with proven experience in transmission system operations. You’ll work on global projects that enhance the integration of renewable energy, energy market efficiency, and grid reliability.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and design of operational concepts for high-voltage networks.
• Perform steady-state simulations (load flow, short-circuit) and dynamic stability studies.
• Define and validate grid connection models and grid code compliance.
• Support security and reliability assessments including balancing and capacity calculation.
• Engage with clients to understand needs and translate insights into actionable solutions.
• Collaborate on business development by contributing to proposals and stakeholder engagement.

The Ideal Candidate

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Applied Mathematics.
• Over 7 years of hands-on experience in power system operations and RES integration.
• Strong command of tools like PowerFactory and PSSE for power system simulations.
• Ability to communicate complex analyses clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French, Dutch or German is a valuable asset.
• Willingness to travel for global assignments.
