  • Act as the primary liaison for all documentation-related queries within the project team.
  • Track deliverables and proactively update project documentation status.
  • Prepare and present document progress reports and KPIs.

  • Manage document revisions, distributions, acknowledgements, and archives.
  • Coordinate feedback and comments from clients and project stakeholders.
  • Provide training and guidance on document control procedures and tools.
  • Support the compilation and editing of technical documentation when needed.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other document controllers to maintain documentation integrity.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum Bac+2 in Business Administration, Information Science, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in document control, preferably in an industrial or project-based environment.
  • Familiar with document management systems and digital collaboration platforms.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working both independently and in cross-functional teams.
  • Must be fluent in French and able to work in English.
  • Open to relocating to Bourgogne and eligible to work in France (EU nationals or existing work permit holders only — no visa sponsorship available).

Why Apply?

  • Join a respected industry player working on transformative energy projects across Europe.
  • Gain exposure to high-profile engineering projects and global teams.
  • Enjoy a collaborative environment with opportunities for skill-building and professional growth.
  • Be part of a diverse, inclusive team that values quality, precision, and innovation.
