Active in large-scale industrial and marine projects across Europe, this organisation is expanding its project support team and seeking a detail-oriented Document Control Coordinator to join its operations in Bourgogne.

You’ll be part of a dynamic team involved in the electrification of energy systems, supporting engineers and project teams with best-in-class document control processes.
Your Role:
As a Document Control Coordinator, you’ll be the central point for managing project documentation workflows—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and traceability across all documentation streams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement project-specific document control processes and methodologies.
- Act as the primary liaison for all documentation-related queries within the project team.
- Track deliverables and proactively update project documentation status.
- Prepare and present document progress reports and KPIs.
- Ensure consistency and compliance with internal standards across all documentation.
- Manage document revisions, distributions, acknowledgements, and archives.
- Coordinate feedback and comments from clients and project stakeholders.
- Provide training and guidance on document control procedures and tools.
- Support the compilation and editing of technical documentation when needed.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other document controllers to maintain documentation integrity.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum Bac+2 in Business Administration, Information Science, or related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in document control, preferably in an industrial or project-based environment.
- Familiar with document management systems and digital collaboration platforms.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working both independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Must be fluent in French and able to work in English.
- Open to relocating to Bourgogne and eligible to work in France (EU nationals or existing work permit holders only — no visa sponsorship available).
