Turner Lovell is currently recruiting for an international technical advisory business that specialises in the electricity & power sectors. They provide process improvement, R&D and subject matter expertise across a wide range of specialist areas in the energy sector. Within the business consulting team, Turner Lovell are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Business Consultant and Project Manager to lead an organisational change project that has a technical focus.
In this role, you will support electricity transmission providers and asset owner to improve their grid maintenance processes. You will lead stakeholder management, develop and manage various workstreams and coordinate subject matter experts based locally and in Europe to deliver solutions to challenges identified in their working practices.
Using your corporate process improvement skills and project management competences, you will ensure client needs and challenges are identified and properly defined, projects and deliverables are delivered on time, customer satisfaction remains high and that adequate resources are allocated to the project to meet the client needs.
Duties:
- Engage client management and employees to assess their current processes and working practices.
- Collaborate with client teams to identify issues and potential solutions
- Provide stakeholder management to technical and corporate client contacts
- Use your industry experience of the electricity transmission sector to advise on industry best.

- Analyse reports and data to identify trends and additional challenges faced by the client
- Identify new opportunities and support the business development team to develop additional proposals.
- Develop solutions with the consultancy subject matter experts to resolve identified challenges.
- Oversee all workstreams, managing deliverables, progress reports.
- Resolve any client queries or project issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate subject matter experts in Europe and locally in Saudi Arabia.
Your Profile:
- A master's degree (or equivalent) with a good general understanding of electrical assets
- Up to 5 years experiences in managing multiple projects.
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience in Europe.
- In depth understanding of the electricity transmission and distribution sector.
- Advanced stakeholder management and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and analytical thinking skill.
- Previous experience working on technical / engineering challenges in a corporate environment with a strong awareness of economic and financial impacts.
- Confident, direct communicator with a diligent approach to work.
- Advanced business acumen, able to generate ideas for common and complex solutions
As the Project Manager – you will work with leading experts in electricity transmission, O&M and consulting. You will work on high profile projects that will make a significant impact on the transmission of electricity across Saudi Arabia and the rest of the Middle East.
