Your mission:
As a Technical Project Engineer, you’ll do more than just manage projects – you’ll inspire and guide a dynamic team. Collaborating closely with Systems, PE, C&A, and engineering subcontractors, your mission is to ensure flawless coordination across internal and external interfaces. You’ll deliver engineering activities and documentation on schedule, all while staying within the project budget and minimizing unforeseen changes.
Your Responsibilities:
- Compliance and Strategy: Ensure adherence to corporate, business, and EHS standards. Contribute to project strategy through technical ITO offer reviews.
- Team Management and Optimization: Lead ITO/OTR engineering transition, manage the engineering team and resources, and maintain design standards while meeting technical requirements.
- Efficiency and Quality Control: Optimize schedules and costs, promote standard design, and enforce quality control for engineering work.
- Stakeholder Collaboration and Reporting: Organize technical reviews, monitor design changes, conduct risk analysis, and pursue cost reduction.
- Contract Management and Support: Evaluate technical contract amendments, support supplier selection, and monitor budgets.
- Customer Focus and Collaboration: Resolve technical issues, ensure a responsive team, and implement Customer Experience metrics.
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Approve and distribute engineering documents, apply engineering tools, and align testing procedures.
- Continuous Improvement and Knowledge Sharing: Provide support for claim management, report on engineering status, and share feedback and lessons within the engineering team.
Your profile:
- Master’s or engineer’s degree in electrical engineering with at least 5 years of experience in electrical equipment engineering.
- Proficiency in BOP equipment related to Power Conversion systems, in-depth knowledge of Power Conversion products, and familiarity with engineering processes and interfaces, including procurement, installation, and commissioning.
- Excellence in office automation, engineering, and project management tools. Lead with strong coaching, assertiveness, and exceptional leadership skills. Excel in project management.
