Site Manager – UK Wide Renewable Energy Projects (2026)

Start: 2026 - Rates: £450-£500 a day
Turner Lovell is recruiting experienced Site Managers for major renewable energy projects across the UK. You’ll lead sites from civil construction through to M&E installation and handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day site operations and team management.
- Oversee civil and M&E works, ensuring quality, safety, and programme compliance.
- Liaise with clients, engineers, and project management teams.
- Monitor progress, budgets, and site HSEQ standards.
- Support resolution of technical queries and maintain site documentation.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale construction or energy projects.
- Strong knowledge of CDM regulations and site safety practices (SMSTS/CSCS/CCNSG).
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel across UK project sites.
- DNO/TSO Authorisations (SSE, SPEN, National Grid)
