QA/QC Engineer – HV Substation Projects (Saudi Arabia)
Location: Riyadh & Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Our client is a global engineering, manufacturing, and construction firm delivering large-scale energy and transmission infrastructure. We are seeking a QA/QC Engineer to take ownership of quality assurance and control during the execution of high-voltage substation projects in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all project activities comply with quality standards, specifications, and approved documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement and enforce the Project Quality Plan, method statements, inspection and testing protocols, and audit plans.
- Conduct ongoing site inspections, testing, and quality monitoring of electrical systems and installation works.
- Identify quality issues or non-conformances and lead the resolution process through corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders (client representatives, contractors, and subcontractors) to resolve site-based quality issues efficiently.
- Control and document any modifications, deviations, or NCRs in accordance with project procedures.
- Maintain comprehensive and traceable quality documentation and records to support audits and project closeout.
- Provide technical support and guidance to site teams regarding QA/QC requirements, ensuring continuous compliance.
- Ensure only the latest approved drawings and documentation are used across the project.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in QA/QC roles on 132kV–380kV HV substation construction projects
- Strong understanding of inspection/test protocols, quality documentation, and NCR management
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic preferred
- Experience working with SEC, ARAMCO, NEOM, or other major clients in Saudi Arabia
